“Was not expecting to pay for towels. This is more for people to stay extended periods of time, as lots of people were cooking in their rooms and had the doors open. It’s smelled like fried food everytime we came out. In an area that is close to places to shop and eat though. Lady at the front desk was very nice. If you came in after 10 and left your key, there would be no one there to help you get in.”

“Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

“Great stay & location. Front desk recommended a few places to go. The splash pad and pool were perfect for my 6 & 15 year old. Beach is across the street wouldn’t recommend walking across. We made reservations at Henderson beach and the entrance was a few minutes away.”

“Disappointed in my stay. Maybe I had high expectations and thought this was a regular hotel. It was not. We had to pay for early check-in, even though they had many available rooms. We asked if they could at least keep our luggage while we go grab food, they said we can leave them wherever but it won’t be supervised. No empathy from the staff. “The indoor pool and amenities are not for everyone..I got sick walking through to front desk ..the ventilation needs serious work..this is a motel not hotel but price reflects that ..I wish I could have enjoyed the stay since it rained the entire time there...was clean .. no beach access..was told we could walk across street and get in water but don't take anything over or they would make us leave..”

“Loved how big the rooms were. Staff was amazing. Pool was awesome. Place was so clean. However I would say that they should try to change up their breakfasts. We stayed for 5 days and had the same things every day for breakfast. We were so sick of it by the time we left. But that’s our only complaint. 10/10”
