“Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. “Love the service, the amenities, and the room was large and spacious! My only comment is that their breakfast, even though delicious, is the same every day. Their rm is super large, however the bathroom in comparison is so small, there’s hardly any space to get in and out. “We recently stayed at this Home2 Suites by HIlton because it was relatively close to the beach. The whole place was very clean, and the housekeeping and front desk staff were very helpful. The only thing I disliked was the breakfast. The food options were very limited, and they seemed understaffed. The entire place was full of people, and every time we asked for something, we were told they no longer had any available. I had never experienced something like this at a Hilton property before. “There is no sign in rooms that you will be changed for water . No one at front desk notified us about that too , why put water on table if you gonna charge 6$ for it !!! Without telling us . We didn’t find out till we checked out that we going to be charged . Also to go to pool you have to go to front desk to ask for a pool towels and when you are across the whole hotel .”

“The staff was nice! Breakfast needs an upgrade for sure. Area rugs need to be replaced and cleaned Regularly. The beds were nice and plenty of storage. The towels could be thicker, but did the job. The location was good, and I highly recommend McGuires Restaurant for dining.”

“Property was nice. I didn't like how when we first got there our room wasn't cleaned yet and they wanted to put us in a lesser value room if I wanted a room immediately. They said they didn't really have a clue on when it will be ready. I waited for about 30 minutes to an hour for my correct room to be cleaned. Was an inconvenience for sure because it. Was pouring down raining but other than that the stay was smooth.”
