“Hotel novo, fazia pouco que tinha aberto. Tudo muito bom, única ressalva para nós foi o travesseiro que era ruim, o resto muito bom.”

“Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

“Location is perfect but the property was dirty, seems like someone was just there , smelled nasty, trash piled at the door upon arrival, parking is not free. A ticket was placed on my car. Communication is terrible due to the different hosts I was trying to reach out too. After seeing the condition we decided to make the best of it because of the weekend I could not get a temporary credit to book another home for my family. Not an ideal home for family. I disputed the charges as soon as I could.”

“The facility was very clean, the bedrooms were really nice. The staff was also very nice. We did ask for early check-in and it was not available for us at that time, which is ok. What was very nice was when we did check in, the air was already on in the room so it was very comfortable and comforting almost like a welcome in feeling. “Necesitan más organización ya que nuestra habitación la reservamos con anticipación y cuando llegamos no estaba lista y la habitación que nos dieron estaba sucia le faltaba una almohada y toallas”
