“Outdoor pool was closed and never told us when we checked in”

“Clean room, staff was friendly, but breakfast is very mediocre. No hot breakfast just bagels, cereal and yogurt so I wouldn’t plan on having this be your go-to if you prefer more than that. The pool was actually also closed during our stay and WAS NOT DISCLOSED PRIOR. My 10 year old was really looking forward to this. Parking was good, but the property could use some air fresheners lol ”

“Ottimo.l'albergo e' posizionato a 200 metri da una spiaggia incantevole,sabbia bianca e acqua cristallina e poco frequentata.(solo dai residenti) vicinissimo ci sono diversi buoni posti per mangiare. Lo staff e' molto cordiale e disponibile. La colazione e' nella media. Il rapporto qualita' prezzo e' ottimo.”

“Breakfast was really good. Fresh fruit was a little scares I asked for bananas one day, and they were not ripe at all. I could not eat them. We did have a little trouble getting fresh bath towels, other than that it was a great place to stay..i would stay there again.”

“Would NOT stay here again. Spend the extra $100 or whatever it is & get a better hotel! Cons: 1.) I went to shower and there was a dirty wash clothe left in the shower 2.) my towel had 2 dirty hairs on it 3.) I ask the front desk for a plastic fork & they said “we have them for sale right behind you”… I have to pay $3 for a plastic fork? So I walked across the street and got one for free lol. 4.) I asked for clean towels and the front desk said “I don’t have access to the laundry room” so they...

“Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

“Clean room, very nice kitchenette for your stay so you can save money on food, breakfast is good, and it’s right by the beach. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Massimo dei voti. Resort immerso in una mini cittadina chiusa al traffico esterno. Il mare è a un miglio e mettono a disposizione la navetta per raggiungerlo, cosi come per andare a baytowne dove ci sono negozi e ristoranti . Il plus sono quello che ottieni grazie alla resort fees giornaliera di 20 dollari: 4 ore di bicicletta, una di tennis e una di kayak. Il paradiso”

“Room was dirty when we checked in. Housekeeping couldn’t communicate with us. Staff was not very friendly. The property is new and probably the best feature. Free parking. Breakfast was underwhelming.”

“Room was clean, breakfast good, parking good, needs a new bed and larger pillows. I did not like seeing two men kissing on your Hyatt promotion on the TV. Turned me against staying at another Hyatt.”
