“Disappointed in my stay. Maybe I had high expectations and thought this was a regular hotel. It was not. We had to pay for early check-in, even though they had many available rooms. We asked if they could at least keep our luggage while we go grab food, they said we can leave them wherever but it won’t be supervised. No empathy from the staff. “Was not expecting to pay for towels. This is more for people to stay extended periods of time, as lots of people were cooking in their rooms and had the doors open. It’s smelled like fried food everytime we came out. In an area that is close to places to shop and eat though. Lady at the front desk was very nice. If you came in after 10 and left your key, there would be no one there to help you get in.”

“Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. “This hotel is TERRIBLE. And in a terrible location. We arrived and asked to cancel immediately. Unsafe parking lot. Construction zone everywhere. Listing claimed it was a 5 minute walk to the beach, but it took us 15 minutes to drive to the beach and still couldn’t park close by.
