“I was there during the recent blizzard. I asked if anyone could help clear my car in the morning. The young man at the desk immediately agreed to clear it for me and indeed he did. So above and beyond. Room was very clean and absolutely no complaints.”

“The facilities were in excellent condition. I enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant. My room was quiet and dark when I wanted it to be. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The General Manager Mike demonstrated excellent customer service even going above and beyond his daily tasks to accommodate me during an overnight winter storm. ”

“This is my second time staying here and not disappointed at all. Staff is always polite and courteous, breakfast is small but its very close to plenty of restaurants and shopping if you desire more than oatmeal, cereal, fruit, bread selections and coffee. Heat works well and my last stay was summer with my kids where we had no ac problems and the pool was clean. Was this stay 100% spotless? No, a little hair in the tub and floor by the toilet but I also worked in housekeeping so I notice stuff...

“Sistema di riscaldamento/aria condizionata molto rumoroso. In inverno se si spegne la temperatura si abbassa rapidamente e dormire con tutto quel rumore (ed aria) e' difficoltoso. Per il resto tutto ok.”

Definitely would recommend especially for longer stays. Plates, silverware, and basic cleaning supplies were provided making for a stress-free stay. Thank you!”

“Personale gentile. Stanza ampia e pulita ma vicino alla finestra c’era un pezzo di carta da parati che veniva via. L’ascensore la mattina era molto sporco, c’era un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra e il pavimento era appiccicaticcio. La zona colazione alle 8.30, quindi mezz’ora prima della fine del servizio era molto caotica e disorganizzata. Quando siamo scesi non c’era nulla e il ragazzo stava rifornendo tutto nello stesso momento. Avrebbe potuto farlo man mano di modo che non si creasse...
