“This hotel exceeded our expectations with location and cleanliness. It was a short walk to all the places we wanted to see including the Astros game. We were here for 3 days and enjoyed each one. There are a few things to know ahead of time. Parking will be the main thing that frustrates you. It was $50 a night to use the garage at the hotel and it filled up quickly. There are other parking options around but we found the garage to be helpful so we paid the $50. The breakfast is great but if...

“I love the Hotel Icon because it is beautiful. One thing I love is the bathroom with their oversized tubs. When we got to our room, we didn’t have a tub so I called and said we want a room with a tub. After a few minutes the operator told that would be an upgrade of 30.00. We’ve never had to pay that before. Also valet parking is super expensive at $58.00 a night. We will stay there again because it’s a beautiful hotel and convenient to get around. I wish they wouldn’t nickel and dime us...

“Personnel very kind, but little prepared. Room scheduling very poor. Not to mention room conditions: old, dusty, and extremely noisy, although being located near the top of the building. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the hotel service.”
