“Perfect for those who want the amazing Smoky Mountain views with modern, updated accommodations. A rustic stay isn't my cup of tea so I was beyond happy with my stay here. The hotel staff were courteous, the room and view were beautiful, and the location was just at the end of main street so a lot of attractions/stores/entertainment were in close proximity and quite walkable. Highly reco this property and I'll look for other IHG properties in future.”

“This hotel is a perfect base to explore the great Smoky Mountain national Park. The town of Gatlinburg is lovely. It was safe to walk downtown. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast wonderful and bartenders accommodating. The pool area is also relaxing and fun for kids. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Excellent weekend stay. Property is well located to enjoy all of the activities Gatlinburg has to offer, but removed from the overly crowded area so you have peace and quiet in the evening. Balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River provided a welcome respite from the heat of the day. Property is well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Very accomodating for my companionndog. Will definitely be back.”

“You will be charged to park your car in their lot of the hotel The toilets are very low to the ground The showers have one door meaning very little water pressure The chairs in the room are not comfortable to set in”

“Lovely stay in a beautiful area with a beautiful city view. Staff was very kind, specifically the bartender with red hair, I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic. I only give 4 stars because the room itself was clearly not maintained well. The coffee pot when we arrived did not work (which they did offer to fix), the door on the dresser covering the fridge was loose so when you would open it to access the fridge, it would drop down a bit and you’d have to lift it to to close it back....
