“Great guest house, great room, great en suite, great breakfast and friendly attendant. Probably the cleanest place we've stayed in. Very close to the railway station and only a few minutes' walk into the town centre. You could hear a bit of traffic but it soon blended in to the background.”

“The room rate was very expensive for the size of the room £471 for 2 nights in a snug room (and that was discounted via Blue Light). Continental breakfast was included, and for an additional £10 you could upgrade to a cooked breakfast. We were happy with the Continental breakfast as there was plenty of choice, however for the cost of the room, we feel this should have been included. The spa wasn't avaliable during our stay, a voucher if requested was offered to use the sauna on the beach....

“Gorgeous house sitting next to a farm. Not location I thought it would be on the map as there is a dual carriageway between it and Christchurch town. A local told me we could have walked down the road and over the footbridge into centre within 20mins. Wasn't told this and there was no local info said to us nor written, only plugging local eaterie in which they have an interest. However the house itself is gorgeous, Havilland room fabulous, massive bed, opulent decor, spacious open bathroom with...

“My room was very good the staff make this place Harry the assistant manager was very good the food was good and reasonable had a drink in the bar the atmosphere was very good and the regulars were friendly ”

“Great room, good and clean. Great decor and would certainly visit again. (Too good to say a "stay" as host so personable and friendly). Self check in as such, but only because of our travel time varied, would have been met by owners. Great hosts, giving good local advice and hints and tips, could not do enough to help us a new to the area. Bed very comfortable and certainly a warm room. We felt really at home here. “ Needed somewhere close by the O2 venue. It is 2 minutes away!!! Reasonable price. Clean & tidy. Helpful manager. The decor is older but in good order. Perfect for my need. No brainer if you are there for a gig...!”

“Breakfast was delicious, easy parking, there’s also an overflow parking on the other side of the road (sister hotel). We stayed in York, room was clean, enjoyed the jacuzzi, however the mattress needs an upgrade. Overall great stay! ”
