The Space:
This spacious multi-level home provides a comfortable and inviting retreat for up to eight guests. The open-plan living area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for relaxation or socializing. Large windows frame the scenic surroundings, adding to the home’s airy feel.

With multiple levels, the home offers a sense of openness while maintaining distinct spaces for rest and gathering. A dedicated games room adds an extra touch of fun, perfect for friendly competition or relaxed downtime. Whether you're sharing meals, enjoying the views, or simply unwinding after a day of exploring Christchurch, this home provides the perfect balance of comfort, entertainment, and functionality.

Walking: While the home is situated on an elevated hillside, nearby attractions such as Ferrymead Heritage Park and local cafes are within walking distance. The hilly terrain may be a challenge, but the views make it worthwhile.

Buses: A bus stop on Bridle Path Road, just a short walk away, provides easy access to Christchurch’s public transport network. Routes like the 3 (Airport to Sumner) and 140 (Russley to Eastgate) connect you to key areas, including the city center.

Driving: The property has parking for up to three cars, and main roads like Linwood Avenue and Ferry Road offer quick access to the city center (about a 15-minute drive) and the beaches of Sumner.

Very nice home with great views. Home is very comfortable. Nice outdoor deck as well. Kids loved the game room. Check in/check out process was very easy.
