Gresford Maison de Ville

Se sei un gruppo familiare, a Christchurch per un evento speciale o solo amici che viaggiano insieme per l'Isola del Sud, la Gresford Town House spunta tutte le scatole per un soggiorno nella nostra città. Questa proprietà è un'ottima alternativa al motel: la privacy e i costi non possono essere battuti.

Situato a nord dell'estremità orientale di Bealey Avenue: tutto è facilmente raggiungibile.
Si trova a meno di 3 km dalla piazza o circa 7 - 8 minuti in auto; 10 km dall'aeroporto (circa 20 minuti in auto) e 2,6 km dal ristorante Victoria Street e dal casinò.

Viene fornito tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e indipendente: cucina completa, servizi di lavaggio e asciugatura, letti confortevoli, Sky TV, banda larga WiFi completa, linea fissa per chiamate locali ecc. Very tidy and well maintained property. The beds are just fantastic, a great nights sleep had by all. Very close to central city. Lovely indoor/outdoor flow. Comfortable and cosy. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you so much

We thought it looked better inside than in the photos . Lovely private backyard with lots of shrubbery . Not as close to shops for us with no car but fortunately other family visiting helped . We would stay there again and recommend it . Danielle was quick to reply .

This was an excellent property in a great location for getting around Christchurch and/or spending time in the CBD. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a vacation rental in Christchurch and I certainly plan to stay here again on a future visit. Danielle was easy to contact and super responsive.

Our extended family enjoyed staying at the house. It was comfortable and spacious and had everything that we needed. The drinks tray by the kettle was a lovely welcome. Our 7 year old granddaughter loved the cuddly Mr Frosty toy and was sad to leave it. Thank you for our stay.

My husband, myself and our 3 adult children stayed at this property whilst visiting family. We picked it because of its location, and the 4 bedrooms with large beds. It had everything we needed during our stay. Chocolates and cookie time biscuits welcomed us. We would stay here again. If i could pick holes in anything, it would be no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. It got hot at night and despite coming in from Australia, we definitely felt the heat. Everything else was on par for a fabulous stay. Totally recommend this for anyone contemplating renting a place in Christchurch.

This house is in a great location. The house is not cramped with plenty of room too spread out. Two bathrooms means everyone can get ready quickly Plenty of dinner options near by. Easy access to the City by car or bus. The Richmond Club is just a short stroll away. Everything that you need.

This property is excellent, my husband and I had a wonderful stay. It has a homely feel, with a beautiful backyard and everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The only drawback was a miscommunication with the cleaner and found her a bit overbearing - Danielle sorted this out quick smart and all was well.

We're 4 golfing friends and is the third year we have stayed there. We find it very comfortable and close to all the conveniences and of course the golf courses. At this moment we're keen to return next year to stay and play more of the golf courses.
