  • Settle into a private one-bedroom townhouse for two with a courtyard, fibre Wi-Fi and a workspace. The smart TV, kitchen and comfortable living area make it easy to unwind after exploring Christchurch. Public street parking is available nearby on a first-come basis.

    Enjoy a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area, with a smart TV and fibre Wi-Fi. The courtyard offers private outdoor space and a workspace is available indoors. If you prefer separate sleeping arrangements, optional sofa-bed setup costs NZ$20; please arrange this in advance. The maximum occupancy is two guests. The kitchen is stocked with crockery and cutlery for at least four.

    The entire townhouse and courtyard are for your private use.

    Location and transport
    A Salisbury Street base for discovering Christchurch cafés, dining and city attractions.
    Public street parking is first-come, first-served and cannot be guaranteed. Follow local signs and restrictions.

    The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD$30 per hour.
