Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, servizi, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
The room was good, but the reception wasn't. I arrived at 2 o'clock, the check-in time, and was informed by the receptionist that my room wasn't ready. "You are welcome to sit there and wait until it's ready."
'Why is it not ready? '
"Because they are still cleaning it."
"Why wasn't it cleaned on time?"
"Oh, there is a staff shortage. There is a bug going around.'
I'm paying $500 a night for this room. I expect better than this."
No response, no apology. She didn't care.
After about 20 minutes, I was told my room was ready.
I had never arrived at a good hotel and was told my room wasn't ready. And I don't usually book a $ 500-a-night hotel! I paid about half that price for the previous hotel, and it was very good.
Very disappointed with The Muse!!
Although I must say the room was very good. Lovely views!!
I also acknowledged the next two receptionists, who, when I told them what had happened, did their best to make up for the first experience.
