“Gorgeous space! Stocked kitchen! Convenient location!”

“Hotel che necessita di una ristrutturazione urgente. Camere molto rumorose causa finestre non insonorizzate e posizione tra strade molto trafficate. Nessuna bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia. Personale inadeguato e sgarbato. ”

“I didn't know what to expect and It was alright. I think our bathroom could have been cleaner and other than that it was a comfortable room. ”

“Our room had a walk-in shower, which was outstanding. Room had two sinks on either side of the shower that was an added nicety for two people. Bed was comfortable and there was access to many outlets for charging your phone/tablet/etc. Staff was wonderful and the onsite Betts restaurant was superb. Loved the sit down area in the lobby with a fireplace and access to coffee, etc.”

“Rooms are small. Staff members were sometimes more focused on the task assigned than guests! As an older lady I would expect a young employee to give way to a guest carrying luggage. At least let them on the elevator rather than stepping front and almost pushing you out of the way! I would as like it was St Patrick’s Day and people were loading their rooms for celebrations but guests just trying to get to their room should be given consideration. We paid the same or higher rate! ”

“There was no parking for the hotel, just a $55 vallet option or parking in a very deteriorating public ramp for roughly $30 overnight. The inside of the hotel was great, it’s the parking ability that was unfortunate. ”

“Personale molto gentile e professionale. Stanza grande, comoda e pulita. Colazione migliorabile con poco sforzo (suggerisco una omelette semplice come alternativa a quella con i peoeroni) Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva.”

“Mi è piaciuto molto il soggiorno al residence inn, personale accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile. La camera grande e spaziosa, letto comodo, con salotto e cucina, bagno grande. Ero al secondo piano vicino alla sala colazione, mai sentito rumore di traffico in strada e nemmeno dalle stanze accanto. Wi fi ottimo. Di fronte al Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, a 10 minuti a piedi da Huntington Convention Center. Si trova vicino a numerosi ristoranti, alla stazione del treno Tower City...
