“There were a few things that could be fixed to make it a solid 5 (like fixing the blinds on the door, figuring out the locking situation, and having extra towels/toiletries), but overall we had a good time.
The lock situation was annoying but at the end of the day, our stay wasn’t hindered because of it. We had a good stay and would visit again.”

“Breakfast menu was standard for chain hotels (we thought the coffee was weak). The beds were comfortable and room size was also standard. Bathroom was a decent size with tub shower combo. Room temperature stayed as set.
Two different staff experiences. Our check-in lady was rather curt but the night manager was excellent. We had a room on the first floor with a “basketball team practicing above us”. The night manager was approached at one in the morning. He apologized and graciously offered to...
