“Our first room was damaged. The carpets were all stained and floor had a discoloration from the floors being scuffed by the chair, it just looked like a bear clawed on the floor. The tub was dirty and the corners had gunk. The staff was super sweet and helpful with getting us a different room but with no other availability in town due to the graduation we had no other option. I wouldn’t stay here again due to the property cleanliness but the staff was still kind both the morning and night desk...

“The pool was empty and the kids were very disappointed. Next, the two rooms we booked and paid for weeks ago were not what the hotel had when we got there. They had us in rooms with one king bed and a pull out couch. Not what we paid for. They finally found us the last 2 queen room but we had to use the king/couch for the other room. Not a very good night sleep on a pull out lumpy couch. The pancake maker was not working at breakfast. I went to the front desk and ask about it. Turns out...

“Our room was clean and comfortable. Heat & cooling controls were easy to operate. Amenities were very good. It felt like an oasis with private parking right at our door and outdoor seating. Walking around the art center we were surrounded by unique art decor and creative and welcoming artists. The staff were friendly, attentive and recommended local places of interest. We highly recommend a stay here. ”

“It’s an OKAY hotel, more on the sketchy & rundown, dirty side. We got checked in to a room and beside the room there was maintenance go on, drilling and hammering the walls at 8pm so we get moved to a different room which is so much better The rooms have very thin walls and you can literally hear everything going on outside your room and beside your room. The towels are disgustingly dirty or at least stained really bad The bathrooms can be renovated as well Internet is very slow Food was okay,...

“Either the outlets didn't work or the lamps were busted. Room smelled disgusting. Carpet was gross. Sink was had a huge rusted hole in it. Bath tub was stained with black spots. Towels were all stained yellow or gray color. Lots of lingering people outside your room. I don't know how this had a good rating.”

“Yes breakfast menu was fresh and AC was cold.”

“The floor had not been mopped or swept. A previous guest let a pop blow up in freezer and it wasn’t cleaned up along with floor. The beds were clean and comfortable.”

“Renovated, clean, comfortable. Only downside can be traffic noise which can be mitigated with good earplugs”

“Even though a hotel is not a home, they really make you feel like if you're at home. Very friendly staff and very attentive. TV very limited on channels and bed boomed some when lying on it but otherwise everything was great.”
