“If you bring a car there is a parking spot. We used Uber and the train which was no issue. There are restaurants near by. The house is very spacious, clean, with great heating! Lots of space! It was close enough to Fuji-Q Highlands at a good price! Great for me and my family! ”

We arrived late at night, self check-in is convenient. Staff can be reached via tablet video chat. Convenient stores are nearby. Highly recommend! “The place is very nice. Quiet, onsen, kitchen, rooms, it is the entire apartment. Clean, easy to check in even though its self check in. Just print all your instructions. Now, even with the kitchen, there isnt too much of a option to get food to cook. ImBus to get there can be confusing for foreign visitors but once you figure it out, it is easy. Really enjoyed Hakone and this place made it even more enjoyable.”
