“施設はまだ新しく、清潔感満載のホテルです。またテントと露天風呂のある別室（ガーデン）もしっかりとプライバシーが保たれ、お湯も適度な温度で大変満喫出来ました。 サービスも従業員の方々の笑顔での丁寧な対応は大変よく、到着時の軽食や選べるシャンプー、ボディーソープ、ソフトドリンクとアイスの無料サービスなど至れり尽くせりで満足いくものでした。 ２点ほど気になった点は、水回りのミラー内蔵型時計や同様の共用部分のトイレの時計が正確じゃなかったり、部屋内の冷蔵庫が殆ど効いていなかったことは少し残念てした。”

“I would recommend this hotel!! This is a very nice and glamorous hotel, and worth the price. Wifi's working very well. The location is great, just next to the train stations and the bus station. We saw Mt. Fuji from our room and the restaurant on the 13/F. Unfortunately, there was a typhoon, the weather was a bit cloudy and it blocked the Fuji San, so we needed to stay in the hotel for half a day, but the room is very comfortable, so we actually didn't mind. “子ども２人と宿泊しました。宿泊費も割安でしたので、部屋の位置はあまり期待せずに利用しました。いざ、ホテルにチェックインすると、窓際の飛行場がみえる部屋でした。子供たちは大喜び。宿泊だけでなく、飛行機も見れたことで、よい旅行になりました。　ありがとうございます。　あと、シャワーも天井からのミストシャワー？？で、またテンションあがり、素敵な時間を過ごさせていただきました。”
