“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“We had an amazing stay here. The staff went out of their way to take care of us. It is a beautiful facility. They transported us back and forth to the bus stations and the convenience store. They did a load of laundry for us as well. We rated our 2 nights in Hakone high on our list of favorites from our Japan trip. Thanks Hakone Shichifukuso for helping make great memories. ”

“This is a Premium high $$$ stay, you will feel very fancy here. The private Onsen is the best I have ever had the pleasure of using (it is 1000% worth the surcharge) The only issues I had with my stay were some inconsistencies with the online posting and the english room instructions they appeared a little out of date (for example they both listed a dinner that was not available for our stay)”

“到着時の応接から、帰るまでスタッフの対応はホスピタリティに溢れた素晴らしい対応で感心しました。 夕食、朝食共に施設内レストランでの提供でしたが、こちらも美味しいとか言いようがない程の美味しさでした。近隣にある他の施設も使った事がありますが、次元の異なる美味しさだと思います。 客室も清潔で、使いやすい仕組みとなっています。ベットも好みの固さで良く眠れました。 客室のお風呂も温泉を引き込んでおり、湯浴みを楽しめました。 改善ができるならと思う点は、 風呂場の水捌けに工夫が居ると思う 川側は景観が残念に感じる。川向こうの建物が近く、景観を損ねている事、露天なので簾を落として入らざるを得ず、結果的に景観については、無かった事にせざるを得ないです。 以外は、パーフェクトな施設です。 また美味しい食事と心地よいサービスを受けに行きたいと思います。”
