“This was a great spot to have some peace and quiet during our busy JAPAN trip. I do have to say that all that changed when a large group came in. The servers were overwhelmed and we were all but forgotten. It changed the whole vibe of the place having a large group talking loudly and being demanding. It would have been perfect otherwise. ”

“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“The family room we had was perfect for the 5 of us ( 2 adults and 3 school age children). Very spacious. Loved the private hot tub. Loved the dinner buffet. And how can you not love the view. Highly recommend. ”

“We were on our honeymoon and when we told them they upgraded us to a jr suite. The view of the hotel is beautiful, actually the only place we got to see Mt. Fuji from, because of all the clouds and fog. The only thing bad to say about the hotel is that there is not much around it for places to eat especially breakfast, which for us was a bit to expensive €20 in two. We found a place called Bakery and Table i think in Moto-Hakone-ko close to the bus station. But beautiful view and great hotel!”

“Wonderfully modern and clean home. The best part was the restaurant next door and the private Onsen soaring tub. They provide a number toiletries as a convenience if you didn’t bring any. The mini splits do take time to warm up the home, but once they do it is very comfortable. ”

“Parking avec places disponibles en mai sans souci. Cela semble peu pratique sans voiture si vous voulez manger dehors etc car peu de choses dispos à pieds. Onsen vraiment très propre et avec des produits à disposition : différents gel douches/ shampoing et conditionner. Ce sont les meilleurs produits qu’on ait eu dans les onsens. Propreté impeccable. Nourriture rapide à disposition en vente à la réception ou via des machines. Attention de bien avoir en tête que les chambres n’ont pas de...

“Everything about this stay was perfect. From the moment we were picked up at Gora station until the moment we were dropped off the service was exceptional and every smallest detail was considered. The food was superb, the venue was gorgeous and the room and private Onsen were out of this world. We couldn't have asked for a better time and hope that we get the opportunity to stay again in the future.”
