“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“The villa is great. We loved everything about the unit. It was spacious and clean, had lots of amenities, and the private onsen was great. The layout for us (6 people) was awesome. The unit had multiple toilets and places to get ready. The fully equipped kitchen was very much welcomed. While we did not cook, and only heated up store-bought food and cup noodles, there are pots and pans and even an outdoor grill if you want to cook. There is even a vending machine that has limited food options...

“Beautiful Mt Fuji views from our suite. The most incredible and responsive service from the front office staff who provided efficient and timely transportation by shuttle to nearby bus/transportation stops as well as to dinner and even the conbini one night when the only restaurant that was open (Jan 1) was full. It is definitely a food desert in that area, but we made do just fine. We enjoyed the shared onsen which was not busy at all. ”

“部屋 202号質（寧）に泊まりましたが、92m2以上もあり1泊では使い切れません。 調度品の質も高級感があって寛ぐことができ、リビング・寝室・浴室全てが庭に面して眺めも最高でした。 唯一、リビングの空調は20度設置でも暑すぎるくらいで、二つの内一つだけにするなど少し設定に苦慮しました。 食事 夜はフレンチ？ですが、古典的なフレンチではなく和の要素をふんだんに取り入れており、最高に美味しかったです。 以前、西麻布にあったQueenAliceを思い出しました。（石鍋さんの感性の塊でした） 折角なら地元（神奈川）の日本酒とmariageしたかったのですが、全国を代表する日本酒（十四代、飛露喜、田酒）しかないとことだったので、ワインのペアリングにしました。（以前は地元の日本酒もおいていたようです） ワインも最高でしたが、是非おいしい地元の日本酒（いづみ橋、天青、セトイチ、残草蓬莱、雨降など）をラインナップに加えてほしいです。 また、Menuがシンプルすぎて、メインの食材のみではなく、調理方法や他の食材も記載してほしいと思いました。（別紙でも良いかも）...

“The property is really beautiful; gorgeous views, stunning room, and the private onsen is incredible. Absolutely no feedback on the room, grounds, staff, property, etc all amazing! It’s nice that dinner and breakfast are included given that you are quite a walk uphill from Gora and other restaurants. The food is presented in a beautiful setting and the service was wonderful. That being said, the food itself left much to be desired and given the price, we expected it to taste better. ”
