“Beautiful, the in room onsen was amazing and the room was awesome. Great staff. Great location. Wish I could stay for longer- perfect to break up the hustle and bustle of the big cities.
Make sure you arrive early- all of the attractions close around 5 pm, which I didn’t realize, but the staff stored my luggage while I went to explore on check out day.
The only thing that wasn’t amazing was dinner, but I didn’t go for one of the higher priced wagyu steaks. Otherwise , a perfect stay.”

“Amazing location for Shirakawa Go but away from the crowds up in the mountains the staff are great, food amazing, rooms basic but spotless. The onsen are great and the free guided walk was perfect.
The shuttle bus to Shirakawa Go is brilliant, we were able to choose our drop off and pick up times.”

“部屋は清潔で快適。満足してリピートして宿泊していたが、今回初めて駅側の部屋だった様で、寝ようとすると、時々来る電車の音が気になった。夜は12時頃まで、朝は5時頃から、頻度は多くないが。”

“Struttura molto bella , camere spaziose e pulite .
Personale poco disponibile , abbiamo chiesto di posticipare il check out di 3 ore a causa del tifone ,ovviamente pagando , e hanno rifiutato nonostante avessero camere disponibili.
Alle 10 abbiamo dovuto lasciare la camera nonostante fossimo anche con un bambino .
