Hotel romantici a Chubu

“Great location! Amazing staff!”

“Ottimi servizi”

“If you take one of the rooms at the 12th-13th floor, you can enjoy for free the Business Lounge at the 11th floor”

“The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was super friendly. They don’t allow tattooed people to use the onsen unless you cover them, but the girl at the reception, who was super nice, help me putting the tape on my tattoos and I was able to use the onsen. Good position, close to the Matsumoto Castle and 10 minutes walk from the station. Recommended!”

“The best place to stay in Matsumoto. Rhe staff is great! The location is very peaceful, and the house is very nice. Thank you for letting us stay with you.”

“Great location nearby the train station, very clean (no shoes policy in the premises) nice customer service! ”

“Wanted a none smoking room.”
