“I came with little expectations, but was really pleased with this hotel. The outdoor onsen is really nice. The corridor is a bit noisy when someone walks by. Some dust and spider webs in the top shelfs but nothing really bad”

“The hotel was a bit difficult to find and access at first, but once inside, it was very clean, spacious, and located in a nice area. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was on point.
However, the outdoor onsen didn’t appear very clean, so I didn’t use it. The biggest disappointment was the view of Mount Fuji. I booked this hotel expecting an unobstructed view based on the photos, but the view was restricted and not as advertised.
