Hotel storici a Chubu

“I was allocated to a room completely have no view, quite disappointed”

“I was pretty shocked with how highly reviewed this hotel is. Like other reviewers, it seems like if you are Japanese, you get treated better (they offered right next to us the face mask amenities but not us). The room was “clean” but not. The tv/ac remote controls were clearly never cleaned well (buildup along the edges of the buttons). The bathroom had mold around the tub seal and on the floor, that could easily be cleaned with cleaning products. Plus there were bugs along the ceiling wall....

“Ottimi servizi”

“If you take one of the rooms at the 12th-13th floor, you can enjoy for free the Business Lounge at the 11th floor”

“4世代旅行でしたが最高でした”

“The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was super friendly. They don’t allow tattooed people to use the onsen unless you cover them, but the girl at the reception, who was super nice, help me putting the tape on my tattoos and I was able to use the onsen. Good position, close to the Matsumoto Castle and 10 minutes walk from the station. Recommended!”

“A lovely, quiet inn with spacious, clean rooms in a super convenient location near bus stations and shops. A couple of unique highlights: you swap your shoes for indoor footwear at the entrance, and they only have three family onsens (two indoor, one outdoor) on a first-come, first-served basis. You have to wait outside if the onsen is occupied by another family. Overall, a very happy and enjoyable stay!"”

“L'hotel è nella media, buona qualità dei servizi ma abbastanza lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria Murai (18 minuti a piedi) treni per Matsumoto ogni ora.”

“Very friendly staff and good facilities!”

“露天付き和洋室でお世話になりました とても良かったです”

“BBQが20:00までなのが残念でしたが、それ以外は広さも綺麗さも完璧でした！”

“スタッフさんの対応がよかった”

“スタッフがとても親切でよかった。”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The man running the place was helpful, and kind. He got up at 3am to help the people leaving for a mountain journey, everyday that I was there. He also did some praying around 5:30am, so if you're not ready for that it can be a bit surprising to wake up to lol. But overall it was lovely, and I will think of this place the next time I'm in Azumino. It is far out of town tho, so keep that in mind!”
