Lodge a Chubu

“While cabin room is nice and the in-room shabu shabu dinner and in-room breakfast were very good, the whole stage was stolen by the fact the hotel charged me a cancellation fee for a canoe on the lake activity that I decided to cancel due to raining. All they could say is that is the hotel policy to apply an activity cancellation fee if I don’t cancel by 6 AM. They surely showed me some paper that I signed at check in that says so, but they didn’t do their best to make sure I was aware of this...

“姉と妹と娘（1歳児）で宿泊しました。 姉の誕生日旅行でサプライズで宿泊施設の予約、誕生日ケーキや花束の用意をお願いしました。 ケーキや花束は見つけにくい場所に隠して頂き、いいサプライズになりました。景色や立地もとても良くて姉もとても喜んでくれました。 娘も普通のホテルよりも木の温もりを感じられる広々としたヴィラでとてもはしゃいでいる様子でした。 また、父と母を連れて、家族みんなでも泊まってみたいなと思いました。 ちなみに、ヴィラの中はガラス張りで広々としていましたが床暖房がついているので寒いと感じることもなく快適に過ごせました。ガラス張りの部分も自動のシャッターも付いていてガラス張りが気になる方も安心して宿泊できると思いました。”

“Bellissima esperienza, ci siamo sentiti a casa. L’hotel seppur piccolo è molto accogliente e ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. C’è la possibilità di riservare per 1 ora una sauna/onsen privata, bellissimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente. Se devo trovare un punto sfavorevole è il rumore che si sente degli altri ospiti. Ma per la bellezza del locale e del luogo, si puó certamente chiudere un occhio :)”
