“This hotel is in a great location if you have family or friends who live nearby. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean, with new fresh sheets, and new fluffy towels. The building and facilities are long past their prime and need to be renovated and have some serious attention. The bathtubs and shower surrounds are moldy and dirty. The rooms need new drapery and freshening up. The floors are very creaky, and the walls are merely suggestions in terms of keeping out the sounds that...

“I chose this hotel based on its positive reviews, so I was quite shocked by my experience. The only positive part of my stay was the staff. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The shower had hair in it, the sheets were extremely thin and poor quality, and the room overall felt very unclean. It also led to one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had.”

“Parking was easy. Staff were fine. Motel is very budget. Overall needs updates. Mixed clientel, some longer term stays. While non smoking, its clear people do as the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Room was clean but very nasic. Cheap updates, towels, etc. Needs more repairs. ”

“Refinishing paint job sloppy; broken window in bedroom; air conditioner barely keep room tolerable, even on 50 to 70 outside; scary outside stairs to navigate (thank goodness it didn't rain while using); if there was suppose to be any kind of breakfast or similar eat-on-the-go items, there wasn't. “We didnt stay .. this was binghamton not the vestal hotel which is nice .. sheets were soiled with large brown spot ,room smelled strongly of cigarette some , hallway rugs were black with dirt .. were told we could change the sheets ourselves or cancel … we cancelled .. ”
