“The room was clean and stocked with everything it should be. The only problem I had was with my room key. Twice I was locked out of my room and had to go down to the front desk and have them reactivated. Nice breakfast choices. Coffee so~so. I mainly went out for Starbucks.”

“Our first-floor room was pleasant and comfortable, though a little small for extended stay. It is a villa style, so the door opened to the outside. The overall layout is nice, but exterior condition of the walks made it obvious that it has been around for a while. The perimeter road desperately needs repaving--lots of potholes. We watched pool being maintained while we were there, but the "pool closed" signed had been up for so long they were starting to deteriorate. The staff was pleasant to...

“We booked a room when visiting Owego during the Big Boy Locomotive tour. The staff was super friendly and the motel was very close to the train track.”

“Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. It was a tiny room, not swept or vacuumed, no top sheet on the bed, broken window taped up, along with the broken blinds. There was absolutely no...
