“Clean room and facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Modern room. No frills( especially the breakfast, literally the obligatory waffle maker, white bread slices and cheerios) and very affordable. Only negative was late check out fee, and it is expensive.”

“This hotel is extremely dated and needs to be updated. The flooring surfaces are dingy. The bathroom sink faucet barely delivered a thin stream of water. The tub drain was so slow that it pooled up during a shower. The furniture in our room was badly in need of replacement. There were no modern conveniences, such as USB ports or extra electrical outlets for charging devices. The hot tub was out of order. The beds and bedding were a bright spot.”

“Gallup è una cittadina interessante appena fuori dell'Arizona attorno alla route 66. L'hotel è un paio di km fuori dal centro, verso est, comodissimo se andate a vedere gli eventi che si svolgono al Red Rocks Park (Intertribal, mongolfiere, ecc).”

“The entire property was filthy dirty. The room had dirty walls, and just felt unclean. The shower was lukewarm to boot. The only redeeming quality, was the bed was comfortable and we were able to sleep after a long day of driving. We will never stay again at the Gallup, New Mexico location.”
