“the bathroom was NOT clean at all when we arrived in our room. there was urine all over the bottom and side of toilet. sheets were not clean and the bed was so uncomfortable. ac barley worked as well. you would also think that the hotel would have some water in the room but no you were having to pay for everything. definitely not going back to that hotel. very disappointed. also forgot to mention… the woman working the front desk this morning was very rude to my partner when he had asked if they...

“The majority of the staff were great and made our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience at the pool bar was disappointing and could definitely use improvement.
The biggest issue was the inconsistency in how the bar’s serving policies were enforced. The staff were not very friendly, and the rules seemed to change depending on the guest. “Our stay was fine. There were a few things that were annoying such as the electrical outlets mostly not working properly, wasn’t cra about the shower head, a/c just ok, the shuttle service was cancelled & that was a great perk that we looked forward to for back & forth to the airport. All in all the trip itself was great, food, drinks wonderful !”
