“Having previously stayed at this hotel, I was shocked at the difference this time. I had stayed in a 2nd floor room on July 17 which was fine. This time I was given a first floor room (137) which was awful! To begin with, the hallway carpet was dirty. Then the room smelled awful, like sewer gas -- as if the plumbing drain trap was malfunctioning. The discovered that the bottom sheet was stained. I told the front desk about the sheet, and a woman brought a wadded up replacement and handed it to...
