Loved the warm welcome and amazing customer service, care and help from Michele, Prashant and Pranish. A beautiful place with a team that makes every experience positive! Will be back again. “Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

“Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote.”

“Avevo prenotato dall'Italia una camera tripla. Siamo arrivati al matino presto e la camera era doppia e non tripla. In più avevo chiesto la macchina che venisse all'aeroporto e non è stata mandata. Ho soggiornato due notti per esigenza e per poter trovare subito un'altro albergo perché l'hotel era indecente. Lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati, pulizia della camera inesistente e serviZio pessimo. Lo sconsiglio vivamente. ”

“Currently traveling around Inda, wanted to visit the City. Hotel is in a great location, a little tired but served us perfectly! Plug socket was coming away from the wall & so was the sink but bed was comfortable and room was clean.”

“We had an excellent experience. Property is amazingly beautiful and way to reach the hotel is quite easy. It is located at the center which makes both North and South goa easily accessible.”

“Very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. And good, tasty and fast room service. The roof top bar and pool were amazing! The hotel has a beautiful view of the surrounding area. There isn’t much to do near by. Everything is almost a half hour drive by car. ”

“Cozy rooms, no face towels, Reception desk kept on calling us because they did not have a reservation number. Very annoying. No parking available, no dining available”
