“The room was comfortable, breakfast very good. But after I got settled into my room for an hour, I could hear this loud thumping noise every 5 minutes. I went downstairs to check. I met one of the staff and asked what the noise was. Her response was what noise, and it was only the front door opening. I went over to the front door and opened and closed it, but no noise. She called the helpful lady at the front desk, to change my room. In the process of changing my room, this loud noise happened...
