“This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. ”

“It is a very nice property but one that is only good for a couple to stay or with little kids. Property contracts were nice enough to respond immediately when the AC unit didn’t turn on initially and work. They gave us extra blankets when requested as it got colder in the night. So excellent customer service, communication, clean, cute & cozy property for sure. Definitely did not work for 4 adults to sleep. The loft was too tiny and difficult to crawl for even a teenager. “The cabin is cute and lighting gives a sense of whimsy, bathroom situation less then desirable - toilet feels as if it’s right next to bed, door to toilet closet would not lock, the shower closet has a weird sulfur / methane smell when shower is going we could not determine if smell was coming from drain or water itself, we did not see a designated parking spot for the cabin we stayed in all the other cabins have a name and designated parking spot, the wifi in the room never worked, each cabin...
