“This property’s advertisement on line looks way better than the actual product. I am usually very generous and relaxed about my lodging so I am not very critical as long as I can have a decent place to stay. This property is the first and only one I have been really disappointed in. Secondly the property has an address of 147 Los Tamarugos . There’s no such number. It’s 149 Los Tamarugos . Thirdly, we arrived at 5pm on a week day, we rang the doorbell for more than 15 minutes while banging...

“Everything was perfect…the staff was more than helpful and kind…the food at the restaurant was a kind of chilean fusion food. Always excellent. The owners Jorghans and Loreto absolutly friendly and super kind. “Overall a great experience. The room was very clean, the people working there are very nice and hospitable, easy access to the room and the property at night time. Their breakfast too was very nice, scrambled eggs with cheese and ham can't go wrong. They have a fancy machine for all kinds of coffees, they have cookies ham and cheese bread yogurt orange juice. Will definitely come back to this one when I'm in Santiago thanks again.”

“We came in winter with night time temperatures near freezing. The room is heated with an electric space heater that only has a On or Off switch. Every evening we would arrive to cold room, we would then turn on the heater and then wake up in the middle of the night to turn it off because it got too hot.
