“I do not enjoy writing bad reviews but I think it’s very misleading that this place has a rating of 4.5 stars. I stayed for 6 nights and never once was my room cleaned. I had to ask for fresh towels twice during my stay as well as toilet paper and my trash cans became so full as they were never emptied. The shower curtain was stained and dingy as it is not washed between guests and many of the blankets and pillows had stains and looked gross as I’m sure they are also not laundered with each new...

“Francisco was an excellent host and very helpful and spoke excellent English which was super helpful for this gringo for getting around town. The location was good with close proximity to everything. I think it might be unadvisable to walk the neighborhood at night, but I ended up walking back at 1am and all was fine. Everything was clean and fresh. Complimentary breakfast provided. The price can't be beat! Couldn't ask for more for a place to stay for a few nights in Santiago.”
