“Il personale e’ gentile, ma non c è L aria condizionata e in 4 notti non sono mai entrati a pulire la camera , rifare il letto e cambiare gli asciugamani. Per noi però è molto comodo perché è a circa 1 km da casa fi nostra figlia e ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici. In generale non è male. L unica perplessità e’ la mancanza di pulizia della camera. L abbiamo trovata pulita e abbiamo lasciato più in ordine possibile”

Tastefully appointed with all the necessities as well as many extras. The beds were very comfortable, with terrific pillows, and great linens. Breakfast included a great buffet of choices, breads, cheese, meats, marmalade, granola, yogurt and made to order eggs and bacon. Fresh juice and wonderful coffee. Perfection!”

"Solid place. Location is perfect, very close to Barmbek, which is an extremely useful station for Underground and S-Bahn (city train) between airport and city center. It connects very well to most of Hamburg. There are many food and shopping possibilities around. It's not exactly a classy neighbourhood but it's OK and safe as far as I know. Room and breakfast are good for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Storage space and breakfast options are somewhat limited but OK at this level. Wifi had some hiccups. Unfortunately the air conditioning doesn't allow you to change the temperature, which I found too warm."
