“We had a good stay overall; however, some things in the room were not working and the staff forgot to repair them until the third night. The room did not have drinking glasses, and the cleaning staff took away our half-used toiletries without providing new ones. However, the room is beautiful and the location is more than ideal.”

“Hotel gave us a room that’s many grades below the villa that we ordered and fully prepaid for without letting us know until we found out two nights into our week stay. Arranging to move to the right room and refund took a long time. Not helpful”
