There is a lovely back porch for relaxing that overlooks a fenced in back yard. The kitchen is full of plenty of extras - Keurig, toaster, crockpot, blender, full size appliances, lots of pans and cooking dishes. Starter soaps and paper goods are supplied, along with cleaning supplies, broom, swiffer and vacuum for the longer stays.
Fast internet and wifi are included, along with a Roku TV in both the living room and bedroom for your enjoyment. A seperate breakfast nook is located by the router in case you need to work from home. Windows there overlook the quiet street and provide some nice morning sun.
A bar in the kitchen for your eat-in needs with 2 comfortable chairs. The washer/dryer combo is yours alone to use.
Ceiling fans in all rooms to supplement as well as a standing fan. Window unit ac and central heat.
