I love how spacious the suite was, it was just enough room for my family and the staff was really nice.
The issues I had was. The kitchen sink was stopped up which was definitely needed with a toddler and a family. I called guests services, but they never could get maintenance to come. They offered to switch rooms which was a huge inconvenience traveling with a child and after sanitizing everything. The lamp in the bedroom near the window did not work. The door handle fell off the closet door when pulling it, almost hitting my foot. The night of our stay the bathroom lights would not come on even after hitting the main switch and we had to use the bathroom in the dark. I asked for compensation as far as parking or something, they refused. I never got a call back from management. The only thing that was removed was my request for late check out because i checked out at normal time.
