“Nice hotel”

“It has been one of the worst hotel stays that we have had. Very slow check-in. Dirty and badly cured room and bathroom. We did not sleep for an entire night since the air conditioner was in “error” and they had an awful noise coming from their plumbing. The room looked on a common area where people passed so we could not open the windows. People try to help without results. The staff was good in giving advice about restaurants and places to visit. We did not have any answers to our complaints.”

“Very good experience”

“Best hotel! I solo travel to Puerto Rico very often and this is My first time at this hotel and I’m in love the room was clean the staff were friendly and helpful they have a designated smoking area on property free parking and the location is so convenient what I love the most is that the hotel had key pads which felt super secure the room was clean sheets were clean everything felt great ! Definitely will be returning to this hotel ! They also have a linked in tree website where they have...

“I was needing a place to crash due to a last minute trip to care for my dad. The place is very clean and in a convenient location, with parking on site! The bed was very comfy. It also has a cute little fridge that was perfect for my drinks! It’s a good size for 2 people. Communication with the host was also great. I will definitely stay again.”
