“Friendly welcome, Comfortable hotel with excellent river views and in an excellent location - walk easily to anywhere in CBD, catch the river cat or only 10 mins to Fortitude Valley or Central Sations. “Confusion over package perks! Drinks in happy hour etc… Breakfast add in’s Generally didn’t get told what we were entitled to. The room was amazing, very happy with it! •Through Expedia App. asked questions and never got an answer with communication with contacting the hotel. I rang Expedia directly, for answers. I also rang the hotel directly as well and Spoke to a young lady a few days prior to our booking and she was not helpful and had no idea.”

“My colleague had a very disappointing experience at Kooii Apartments. She checked in at around 7:30pm and was told by reception that no staff would be available after 8pm. When she entered the apartment, she found that one of the bedrooms was locked. She also discovered that the balcony sliding door was broken and could not be locked properly. As she was travelling alone, she felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, by then it was after 8pm and there was nobody available to help. She...

“Short and excellent. Strategic position in Fortitude Valley, very close to the metro station and other facilities. Clean & well furnished. ”

“The hotel is very nice and relatively new! The price in the restaurant for the breakfast are very high and the quality and service of the food were poor. Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs. The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor. ”
