“Çalışanlar cana yakın , oda temiz , mutfak kokusu 3. Katta kaldıgım icin bana gelmiyordu fakat 2. Kata indiginizde kötü kokuyu hissediyorsunuz , ortak tuvalet ve banyo temizdi. Ödediginiz fiyata göre gayet kalınabilir bir yer. Bahçesi ve restaurant gayet güzeldi.”

“Wohnung stinkt extrem nach Zigarettenrauch und ist unsauber. Wir wussten nicht, dass es eine Raucher Wohnung ist, weil es nicht in der Beschreibung stand. Zudem war die Wohnung sehr laut da. Unter uns zwei Kneipen waren die bis morgens 10:00 Uhr geöffnet haben und die Musik ununterbrochen lief. “I stayed with a friend for two nights in May (watching the Eurooa Conference League Final). The property is in an excellent location, close (10 minute walk) to the city centre and only 30 minutes walk from the main station and also the RB Arena. “Location suitable for the purpose of our trip. Breakfast at sister hotel was good. We did not feel our room represented value for money. The people in room number 2 paid a similar amount but had more spacious accommodation. On the second night our key cards did not work (and no, we hadn't kept them near to a phone) We were unable to access our room and the so called 24 hour help number went to voicemail. Essentially there was no help, despite the best efforts of German police who were on duty...

“Overall, it was a good experience. The location of the hotel is great, the city centre is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. I also enjoyed my room, very spacious and comfortable. However, I would have appreciated more attention to detail. The room could have been cleaner and I had the feeling that the attention of the staff towards the customer was not high (the relationship was very impersonal). Also, the decor of the room and the common areas is very minimalist and impersonal.”

“Ottimo hotel, camera decisamente spaziosa, con tutte le comodità necessarie. Posizione eccellente e strategica, staff estremamente efficiente. Hanno accontentato tutte le mie richieste (check-in fuori orario, richiesta di un piccolo boiler in camera, domande prima del viaggio etc). In questo hotel la colazione viene lasciata (se richiesta) alle 7 fuori dalla camera. Si può quindi fare colazione (decisamente abbondante e buona) comodamente in camera. Rapporto qualità prezzo...
