“Everything was clean, basic breakfast. Hotel was quiet, didn't hear the Hiram noise.”

“Rooms seemed smaller and not as comfy as advertised”

“Room was poorly maintained. Price was ridiculous for the quality. Tub and shower were in bad shape. Breakfast was poor and coffee was terrible. We used the stairs a couple times and there were spider webs all over. Not maintained at all. The pullout had no linens. Had to request those. Only towels for 2 people. Reserves for 3. Staff were friendly but overall will not return.”

“Arrived and there were several people in the parking lot partaking in drugs, entered the room and there was pizza sauce all over the floor. Lifted the bed up and checked the sheets, bed was dirty, black dots on fitted sheet cover, went and informed reception I got a “I’m sorry”. We left and booked elsewhere and tried to call the owner and never received a call back.”

“It's not the Ritz, but it's fine for what it is. I had no problem with it. Comfortable bed, we had 2 doubles. TV didnt work , but I was only sleeping there, don't need it with phone, etc. It's really good for the money, I had room 202.”

“No bed bugs didnt stay at all walked in room and turned around and left ”

“Pos- Convenient location , clean room. Appreciated breakfast. Neg- Pool was closed and property could use a bit of sprucing up.”

“Room was run down. Lock for door was hanging off the wall. Holes all in the bathroom walls. Smelled like smoke even tho it was a non smoking room. Blanket had cigarette burn holes in it. Pool was closed and covered and it was mid June. Looks like it hasn’t been open in a while. Was advertised with pool but definitely not open and working. Didn’t bother with breakfast. Was kinda sketchy”

“You get what you pay for. My room smelled like pee and the bathroom was not clean. There was pee on the toilet seat.”

“The room had a slight smoke smell. A couple of the towels were dirty.”

“The property was fine but there was no breakfast like advertised. Only coffee and tea, which was a bummer.”

“Carol fixed us delicious, variety-filled breakfasts. We were in a group of 6 and able to visit outside around a fire, on a porch or inside in large comfortable sitting rooms.”

“Room was nice. Bed comfortable. Breakfast bar was not so good. Yes would stay again but hope they improve bar”

“Lucked into this after catching Jamey Johnson at Renfro Valley. Typically spend twice as much to spend a night but certainly won’t be doing that when in this area again. Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet night, and hot shower in the morning. Checks all the boxes. You can book w/o hesitation.”
