“Great clean place”

“Nice stay. Great breakfast. Great location.walking distance to Texas Roadhouse. Our room was clean, cool. The tub facet fell off when try to start the shower. It was operational.”

“We wanted just a place to get away from the Northern weather and see our youngest do some rock climbing. Richmond was a great place for us. But we had car trouble and had to extend our stay. The motel staff was so supportive, it blew our minds and in fact made us want to go back to Richmond.”

“The only real good thing is the price but really is almost too much for the quality. The building is old nothing is updated. Things look old. The code was out and the decades was cold as cold could be. Only had cereal for breakfast. If you can afford to spend a little more I would recommend to.”

“Building and grounds in terrible shape with construction debris scattered about. Pool and hot tub closed without mention of that fact on either hotel site or Expedia. The room itself was clean but the rest of the property was lacking. Very low water pressure, so unable to use shower. Another guest complained of the same issue with the water pressure. Staff indifferent.”

“Clean, comfortable room. Older property but reasonably well maintained. The check-in lady at the desk was pleasant and helpful. Went out of her way to check out a local restaurant's hours for us. Not much in the way of amenities, but a decent place for a one night stay while traveling.”

“If your room is on the back side of the building the interstate noise is quite annoying. Other than that it was a pretty good stay.”

“Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable as well. The air conditioner was efficient and quiet. We had a tv with a large choice of channels, a mini frig., microwave, and iron board + iron. We could get a cup of coffee any time in the lobby too! Breakfast was basic. The young gentleman at the front desk ( Shrey?) was extremely friendly, professional, and polite. Every time we saw him he was vacuuming, cleaning a window, and well, basically keeping the place Organized and fresh! ...

“The motel is old, paint is scuffed in places, but it was painted in cheery colors and was spotless. A beautifully clean room is wonderful. I definitely recommend it.”

“After driving 9 hours from Wisconsin to the hotel in a driving rain storm got to the hotel. Check in was fine, wanted to sit back relax and have a good night sleep. At 3 :30 in the morning I awake and hear that it’s raining outside so I thought. Got out of bed that the ceiling was crumbling and water was pouring in. Just in the right spot above the desk where I had placed my clothes, wallet and important papers. Well you can guess the rest. Called downstairs a they were helpful in getting a...
