“Great place, clean room and very comfortable”

“Staff not friendly Room smelled. Beds really hard. The hot tub looked like full of pee and a weird neon green color. Breakfast sausage and omelettes looked like mircowaved too long and not edible. The waffle maker was great but line too long we left and got breakfast elsewhere. Worst part was all the people on drugs around buliding looking like zombies. We left after 1 night”

“Overall very nice. With a kitchenette, there was nothing in silverware, plates, napkins, tissue, paper towels or anything like that. Maybe that is unreasonable to expect there would be anything other than clean bare cupboard and mini fridge. It also had a comically tiny “dining table” (I am assuming that’s what it was?). Maybe 2 feet long and a foot wide?”

“Hot tub broken but no sign AC in room only cools one side of room Broken elevator meant I had to climb 3 flights of stairs.. (57 yrs old with bum leg)”

“Stayed here two nights, good level hotel, all services you would expect from a Hampton (parking, wifi, pool, complimentary breakfast). Conveniently located close to some major roads. Not many good restaurants nearby, it would be better to have dinner in some other area (downtown or so) before going back to the hotel.”

“The hotel was decent overall. I will say the lobby felt more modern compared to the Hyatt. We only stayed one night and had an event before 2 PM, so we requested early check-in, but they weren’t able to accommodate us due to how busy it was. The room itself was fine—nothing special—but the hallways had a noticeable cigarette smell. Our bathtub looked worn down, and when we tried to turn on the water, there was barely any flow. We attempted to contact the front desk but didn’t get a response....

“The kitchen has a full fridge, a two-plate electric stove, a sink and a microwave. However, there are absolutely no pots and pans, utensils, paper towels, soap sponges, plates, glasses or cups. Also the bathroom and bedroom contain no kleenex. It's bare bones. On the plus side, there is a wide screen TV and remote, a clock/radio and an ironing board and iron.”

“The hotel I stayed at was amazing, and I will return to it when I visit family again. They don't have a bellman because it's not that type of facility. Despite this, they assisted me with my luggage when I arrived and left. Due to my disability, I am unable to lift my suitcase either from my car or within the hotel. Upon my arrival, they sent someone to assist me, and my suitcase was heavy. He came into my room and put it on the luggage rack. I have no idea what I would have done without their...

“One of the worst Best Western's I have been to. Long check in line. staff was unhelpful. Door lock did not work. Locked out of room several times. Breakfast was terrible and mostly gone by 8:00 even though it was supposed to be opened much later.”
