“Great for a night or two if you want a clean bed and bathroom. Could have been substantially better for the price though. Our room smelled so strongly of harsh perfume we had to open the window and buy a fan to bring in. We got a no smoking room but the entire hallway reeked of cigarettes. “When we arrived from an all day trip we found out the pool and jacuzzi were closed. When I went to my room I found an open condom package in the bedroom on a seat like cushion. I called to let them know. They didn’t offer to change rooms or come and clean up the wrapper. I loved that it had 2 separate rooms but it felt dirty because of the condom. The breakfast was basic. “Very well maintained and well located. Breakfast was ok, room was perfect for a family of 4-6. Lots of restaurants nearby, nice mall and water park.”

“The gentleman at the front desk at check in was very friendly. Other than that the staff that came on later had a terrible attitude, when I asked for a plunger delivered to my room. I had to go to the front desk and leave my special needs son by himself. The room was filthy and smelled like urine. The bathroom tile grout was falling out of the seams and the property was in very poor condition. Definitely not worth $150 a night! Don’t stay here.”

Really disappointed in no amenities- if you wanted to use a pool - had to go next door to the Fairfield Inn! Plus - hotel was so hard to find - and - entrances and exits - had the go only 1 way (right turn) go for blocks to turn around... poorly planned!”

“When we came to the room, the fridge had food dump previous travelers, sink was full of filthy smelling water. Had yo first call the front desk and then ask for the new room as the staff did not know how yo fix it. Next day we can for the breakfast at 8:00 am and the food was bad and was not enough food for people. Not sure what those who came at 9:09 am ate.”

“I have stayed here twice both times the chair in the room upholstered with cloth was worn and stained . Suggest they get vinyl or faux leather . This time I pulled my bedding down to climb in bed and saw small black whisker type hairs between the bedspread and top sheet so called the front desk . “The property was exceptionally clean and spacious, which made for a very comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the bathroom—the walk-in shower was the absolute best! Highly recommend.”
