“Overall very nice. With a kitchenette, there was nothing in silverware, plates, napkins, tissue, paper towels or anything like that. Maybe that is unreasonable to expect there would be anything other than clean bare cupboard and mini fridge. It also had a comically tiny “dining table” (I am assuming that’s what it was?). Maybe 2 feet long and a foot wide?”

“Staff not friendly Room smelled. Beds really hard. The hot tub looked like full of pee and a weird neon green color. Breakfast sausage and omelettes looked like mircowaved too long and not edible. The waffle maker was great but line too long we left and got breakfast elsewhere. Worst part was all the people on drugs around buliding looking like zombies. We left after 1 night”

“If you want a quiet place to sleep this isn’t the place. The hotel is close to the highway which makes it loud. The fridge makes loud humming, the air conditioning is loud and off button was missing. You can hear clearly when the upstairs turn on the air conditioner and water. 630am Sunday morning we were woken by loud blower and hedge trimmer. I was informed upon arrival that my one-bedroom double bed suite (which should have included a separate living room, kitchen, and pull-out sofa bed) had been switched to a studio suite with a king bed and a pull-out sofa bed. “The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating during both check in and check out. Both processes were a breeze and they explained the amenities of the hotel thoroughly. They went above and beyond to help us find items we had forgotten at home. Room was clean, the bathroom was clean and stocked, and the bed was comfortable. It was an overall great stay!”

“Lack of lighting. Nobody at the front desk answers the phone. The sound of traffic was loud all night and disrupted our sleep. The push carts were all wobbly. Not impressed. Guest kept knocking on our door and disappearing. Will not return.”
