“We had no hot water messaged the staff said they would send someone never did! We had to take cold showers and it was miserable. They didn't tell us that the cleaners only come every other so we had no clean towels after working all day. The bar was closed when we got their due to staffing issues. It was just not a good experience all around. We will be not be using Hilton for our future stays. This is not the first Hilton owned property to disappoint us.”

“Was a quick solo stay because I was seeing a concert at the casino down the road. Staff was friendly at check-in and helpful when I returned late. My key card wasn't working, so I needed assistance. The hotel felt a little old, but was well maintained. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. I didn't utilize the breakfast, so I can't comment. Overall ... perfect place for a night or two. Would definitely stay again.”

“There was no resturant on the premises. No microwave in my room. The bed and pillows etc were very comfortable…very cozy.”

“We had had an ADA accessible room, and the ramp to the bathroom was a bit janky. The bathroom had neither a fan nor a window in it so it was chronically smelly and stuffy. The bed was firm and comfortable and the manager in the morning was very friendly and lively! He showed us his patriotism- Red White and Blue painted toes for the 4th which was fun. The breakfast was okay, but he was quick to provide us anything we needed. He was the best part of the stay to be honest. His staff could do well...
