“Two nights in a tow they forgot to do room service ”

“Hotel was really good but has went down a little bit in maintenance. Good for 1 nite. They charged a parking fee of us$ 12 for parking ”

“The facility is dirty and has a weird smell. There isnt someone at the front desk the whole time they are always in a back room. The lock on my door didnt work so I had to rely on the swing latch. Safety concern. I wont be staying here again”

However, when my guest arrived, the front desk had no record of him, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
