“Una tragedia totale a partire da chi era al desk in reception che ha creato problemi durante la prenotazione (facendoci spendere il doppio), nell'assegnazione della camera, nel ignorare tutti i problemi sin dal primo minuto. Ho letteralmente buttato soldi, non sono riuscito a dormire neanche 1 ora per i problemi che avevo segnalato. Negli ultimi anni ho dormito circa 100 notti a Los Angeles in varie strutture, questa é stata la peggiore esperienza in assoluto, se volete un minimo di...

“The room did not have any hangers in the bathroom. The room didn't have a closet and the bars for hanging clothes was very inconvenient. There was a lot noise from the room above our room. The pictures of the type of room we selected clearly showed a refrigerator AND a microwave. Went we arrived there was no microwave we went use one in the office so dirty we were reluctant to use it. ”

“The hotel rooms are very clean and updated. The free breakfast was excellent. It's a great place to stay with your family or alone. ”

“The hotel could look nice at first, both at the facade and the room. The negative aspects arrive later, when noisy neighbours can be heard all night long. Lastly, even if you take this hotel in the list of the breakfast included, you will only have a cup of coffee and milk with cereals during weekdays, which is clearly not correct to have so little while paying aveage prices in the Hollywood areas”
