“Staff was rude! Found an employee coming out of our room with us knowing when we already had all of our stuff in the room, just because a previous guest thought they forgot something! ”

“La struttura é stata completamente ristrutturata m. La camere hanno la cucina con lavastoviglie, microonde tostapane e macchina per caffè. Il letto matrimoniale é molto comodo e anche il divano letto Il bagno é nuovo con una bella doccia. L hotel ha una buona e varia colazione. Si trova a anaheim vicino a disneyland ma ad un ora di macchina da Los Angeles. Ha una piscina e dei barbecue a disposizione. É la seconda volta che vengo in questo hotel e mi sono sempre trovata bene ”

“Hotel molto buono di fascia superiore. Camera ampie e pulite. Macchina del caffè e cialde a disposizone. Se si rimane piu' giorni non puliscono e vanno richiesti gli asciugamani. Il parcheggio è a pagamento, In zona non c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare fuori dall'hotel. A 15 minuti da Disney. Colazione a pagamento come in un un diner quindi prezzi abbastanza alti. ”

“El matrimonio que está como administradores en la recepción,no hablan español,son muy déspotas y malhumorados,llegamos 2 horas antes de la hora de entrada y no nos permitieron dejar las maletas guardadas en algún lugar y nos comentaron que podíamos dejarlas en un lugar al aire libre,pero que no se hacían responsables de lo que pudiera suceder. “We received a email two days before we were supposed to be there saying that the kids area was closed. No pool, water slides, or activities. That’s the only reason we booked the room for 3 nights. Also after checking in they told us that the water to the hotel would be shut off from 12:00 am-5:00 am. After waking up the shower was cold no hot water!!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend booking a room here!!”
