“Breakfast needs some improvement”

“Staff was rude! Found an employee coming out of our room with us knowing when we already had all of our stuff in the room, just because a previous guest thought they forgot something! ”

“Got there late and parking was an issue. Meaning they have very limited spaces.”

“The hotel common areas are a dump. Chairs and cushions everywhere are worn out. Half of the tables by the pool are broken. The mini out is all ripped up and the putter/balls are garbage. The pool towels look like car wash rags. The fencing/gate around pool are all broken. The lifeguards are sitting on their phones. Hogs breakfast shuts down at 9:30 in the dot . The whole room was full of people getting food and they start cleaning up and throwing the food away and shutting down the drink...

“The hotel grounds, staff, breakfast & amenities were really nice. One thing however was unjust in that our room had trash on the floor and a really large reddish brown stain on the wall as if no staff had went over the room with any sense of cleanliness and that's the one thing I expect in any hotel room is for the room to be clean and kept in great working condition.”

“Hard to find good hotels in LA/OC area. This one is well cared for, comfy beds, great breakfast (helps a lot) and even had a room with 3 beds for us. Great location. We’ll prob be back to this one next time we do Knott’s or Disney. Breakfast from 7-9a is a little limiting. Very friendly staff tho. Well done.”

“Beautiful location! amazing staff! Only issue is the elevator in the center that does not work. It was hard to walk back-and-forth after walking at Disneyland. lol but we made it. Thank you for letting us stay there.”

“La struttura é stata completamente ristrutturata m. La camere hanno la cucina con lavastoviglie, microonde tostapane e macchina per caffè. Il letto matrimoniale é molto comodo e anche il divano letto Il bagno é nuovo con una bella doccia. L hotel ha una buona e varia colazione. Si trova a anaheim vicino a disneyland ma ad un ora di macchina da Los Angeles. Ha una piscina e dei barbecue a disposizione. É la seconda volta che vengo in questo hotel e mi sono sempre trovata bene ”

“Hotel molto buono di fascia superiore. Camera ampie e pulite. Macchina del caffè e cialde a disposizone. Se si rimane piu' giorni non puliscono e vanno richiesti gli asciugamani. Il parcheggio è a pagamento, In zona non c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare fuori dall'hotel. A 15 minuti da Disney. Colazione a pagamento come in un un diner quindi prezzi abbastanza alti. ”

“All the basics were there. No real front desk more like a kiosk with an older, nonsense woman whom you needed to wait for on occasion. Overall, good. Room was clean, bed was very good can walk to food places, two miles from Angel Stadium which can save on parking if walk or take a bus.”
